TC 20S MADE LANDFALL NEAR 21.4S 115.6E, APPROXIMATELY 100 NM EAST OF LEARMONTH, AUSTRALIA. THE SYSTEM WILL RAPIDLY WEAKEN AS THE CONVECTION IS SHEARED TO THE SOUTHEAST IN A REGION OF HIGH VERTICAL WIND SHEAR AND AS THE LOW LEVEL CIRCULATION CENTER INTERACTS WITH LAND.
